Below is a ball park guide to give you an idea of how many Hypnotherapy sessions you may need, including the initial session.

From the first session one would expect there to be the beginnings of cognitive change- different thoughts just coming in, perhaps looking at the issue in a different way or simply feeling like you can climb that mountain.

The aim of the hypnotherapy is to work with your background subconscious, and like anything, the more comfortable you feel, the easier it is. The more we do it, the deeper we get. Sometimes when we are caught in our own stuff, there are just more layers to get through.

Hypnotherapy can do some of the most amazing things, but like Strictly, its all about how well we dance together, and don't worry it's the job of the Hypnotherapist to make you feel at ease, if you don't feel at ease relatively quickly, then chances are the hypnotherapist os not for you!

These ball park numbers can vary greatly from person to person, but sometimes we just need an outline.

Ideally, Hypnotherapy sessions are a week apart, but the whole point of the change work is that it fits in with your lifestyle, what you can afford both in time and financially. 

Living in London, we have massive demands on both but the whole point of you coming to sessions is for them to help, not hinder. So your sessions are for you, and you can call the shots.

Sometimes we will need sessions closer together, sometimes sessions as maintenance every month or so, unlike your conventional therapy regularised sessions, you know what you need, this is for you.
